SHRM Australia is a privately owned company that was established in 2005. The business provides its clients with compliance based audits and a verification tool in the areas of OH&S, Risk Management and Human Resources Management.

The company is based in Melbourne with Auditor/Consultants in Sydney and South Australia with the ability to venture into other States. The company has a group of dedicated industry professionals that all have a wealth of experience in OH&S, Risk and Human Resource Management.

The business was developed through the needs of being able to provide business with a compliance capability in the areas of OH&S, Risk Management and Human Resources Management. This was particularly relevant in the contract management area where small to medium size business required certification of compliance in the property management sector, local government sectors, construction industry and mining related industry.

SHRM Australia provides compliances certification to light manufacturing, plumbing, building maintenance, cleaning, waste management, security, transportation and logistics.

As a result the Directors of SHRM Australia developed a customised program that today offers its clients:
