SHRM Australia primarily provides one key service to its clients and that is it verifies to interested stakeholders that an organisation (your business) holds a compliance certification status in either:

Occupational Health and Safety following A/NZ standards 4801.
Risk Management following A/NZ standards 4360.
Human Resource Management following Federal Awards and Industrial Relations.


The verification is provided to your organisation covering:

The audit based on the standard.
Certificate of Compliance is issued based on a 100% plus competency across the standard.
A web based certification page is provided, that is secured with a username and password.

This verification of the standard is designed to provide our clients with maximum flexibility in demonstrating to their existing client’s compliance, and in turn demonstrating to new clients a quality standard is in place that in turn reflect a low risk service.

To achieve compliance with SHRM Australia we undertake 10 easy assessment audit and process steps and they are:

Steps to achieving compliance:

  1. Meet with the client and step through the process
  2. Establish a needs analysis of the process in relationship to the business objectives
  3. Understand the service delivery or manufacturing mission of the business
  4. Undertake a desk top audit, sighting documentation that currently exists
  5. Undertake a psychical inspection of the facilities referencing standards and procedures in relation to the standard
  6. Record and assess the desk top audit and inspection on a compliance check program
  7. Finalise report with GAP analysis or improvements if required
  8. Issue compliance certificate
  9. Log web site audit details on SHRM certification web page
  10. Issue client with password for a 12 month period
